IT Support (m/f/d)

Takeover of 1st and 2nd level support for our customers in particular: acceptance of disruptions (JIRA, email, telephone) Service Desk Hold queues in JIRA, prioritize, edit and document tickets Analysis of complex disorders and solution of this Check logs and/or processes on the customer system and derive measures thereof

Work and forwarding of highly complex problems to the 3rd level support Testing solutions on the test environments of our customers Deployment organization with customers independently implement commissioned configurations on the customer systems Customer communication in particular support and user guidance Creating instructions for internal, as well as for recurring topics, also for customers Optimization of systems and processes

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist:in for system integration or application development) or studies in computer science, business informatics and/or a comparable qualification Practical knowledge found in Java and PHP Multiannual practical experience in IT support (1st–2nd level), ideal for complex customer systems Secure knowledge in handling Linux systems High communication strength and pronounced customer orientation as well as solution-oriented and process-oriented thinking Very good knowledge of German, English are welcome
