The integrated project processing (IPA) is an integral part of our service portfolio. Develop this module with us and design groundbreaking projects as an expert:in for IPA Responsibility for the development and implementation of integrated project execution models for highly complex construction projects in close cooperation with customers Strategic alignment of settlement models in line with the corporate and account strategy Promoting knowledge transfer by developing and implementing training on IPA models and sharing best practice approaches Close cooperation with the customer contact partner: inside as well as other internal and external stakeholders in the role as a specialist expert:in for IPA Active participation in the continuous development of IPA models Responsible leadership of acquisitions

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture or related fields Detectional experience in the project management of complex construction projects Enthusiasm and passion for alternative project development models and well-founded practical experience in IPA projects Embossed understanding of project management and construction processes Willingness to project-related travel Very good knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project) Ability to effectively communicate in German and English with different stakeholders at all levels Very good analytical skills, detailed working methods and pronounced consulting and moderation skills
