Your area of responsibility includes 10-12 units and about 130 employees. In this activity, you develop and ensure the smooth operation of food branding/concepts in close exchange with our Store/Unit Managers while maintaining the financial key figures. As the first contact you are in regular exchange with our landlords. At the same time, you ensure that the internal quality and hygiene standards as well as the external expectations of the guests and the landlord are not only fulfilled, but are continuously exceeded.
