Support & OnPremise support: Contact person:in for all service requests concerning DATEV programs (booking, taxes, DMS, EOcomfort etc.) Maintenance and administration of databases Support for data transfer in the context of location extensions or new branches Management of access rights in DATEV own organisation Comfort Integration of trainees and students in the team Applications
Service requests for cloud applications: Error analysis and fixation in DATEV online applications (e.g. company online, My taxes) Management of user rights and groups in DATEV Online Legal and Document Management Administration of cloud services (licensing management, personal data, contract overviews)
Other: Installation and maintenance of service contacts and tracking of open requests Support in configuration of interfaces between client software and DATEV applications Supporting the connection of online shop solutions to DATEV systems
Knowledge of DATEV OnPremise and Online Applications Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Impressed communication skills and didactic talent to convey complex content Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Pleasure of cooperation with colleagues Readiness to travel in Baden-Württemberg
