To support our security and environment department at the Memmingen site, we are looking for a team assistance (m/w/d) as soon as possible

Organisation of department-internal office management and ensuring smooth operations Participation in projects and independent processing of associated work packages Maintenance of documentation and IT systems in the field of security & environment Coordination of training content for trainees in the department Support in cost control, budget planning and preparation of meetings and visits

Completed commercial or technical vocational training Interest in topics related to environmental, work, health and data protection Structured, reliable and independent operation Secure handling of Microsoft Office 365 and affinity for digital solutions Professional appearance, good communication skills and motivation for personal development
