The IT department (direction Dr. Dresselhaus) of the Klinikum Lippe (location Detmold) is looking for an SAP IS-H / i.s.h.med Developer (m/w/d) at the next possible time As a modern hospital with highly complex clinical processes, we rely on a powerful and future-proof IT landscape. Our core clinical systems are based on SAP IS‐H and i.s.h.med, which we continuously develop and adapt closely to the requirements of medicine, care and administration. To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with technical and professional understanding of hospital processes. The Klinikum Lippe GmbH is part of the University Hospital Ostwestfalen-Lippe of Bielefeld University. Three locations, around 30 clinics and competence centres, almost every medical field. Development, adaptation and support of applications in the environment SAP IS‐H / i.s.h.med, SAP MM and SAP FI/CO Implementation of requirements from medicine, care and administration in close coordination with the departments Creation and maintenance of ABAP property developments, reports, extensions (User-Exits, BAdIs) Customizing and further development of clinical functions (e.g. patient organizer, plan table, documentation, forms) Analysis, troubleshooting and performance optimization in ongoing operation Support and further development of interfaces to connected third-party systems Documentation of developments and cooperation on standards and name conventions Support for tests, releases, annual change activities and projects

Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience in the SAP environment Very good knowledge of SAP ABAP, ideally in the module IS‐H / i.s.h.med Experience with: SAP Customizing in hospital environment Form technologies (e.g. Adobe Forms) Interfaces (e.g. HL7, FHIR of advantage) Understanding clinical processes in hospital (stationary & ambulant) Structured, independent working and strong team and communication skills Willingness to continue professional development in the Health-IT environment Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) we require
