The EDEKA trading company Hessenring mbH, headquartered in the North Hessian Melsungen, leads the field in the food industry in the region with more than 500 EDEKA markets. We supply the independent EDEKA retailers and our directing companies with food and non-food articles in our core sales area of Hesse, South Lower Saxony and Thuringia from our extradition companies Melsungen, Großen-Buseck and Straußfurt. For the EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Hessenring mbH at the Melsungen site, we are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) Bauwesen & Facility Management at the next possible time. The place of work is melts, with additional care of the camp sites in Großen-Buseck and Straußfurt.

Ensuring the value of the objects: They ensure the long-term value retention of the objects taking into account economic and sustainability aspects. Participation in the planning and construction phase: They participate in the planning and construction phase in order to ensure the necessary and sustainable operation of the technical installations and buildings during the later use phase. Support and supervision: They are responsible for the maintenance of structural issues to maintain operational readiness. Object inspections: You recognize and cause necessary repairs, defect eliminations, functional checks and document them. Creation of tenders: They participate in the creation of tenders and collect offers for infrastructural services. Management of entrepreneurship: They take over the assignment, supervision, acceptance, coordination and award of business services. Project management: You take over the project management of complex projects.

Education: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of architecture, building services or comparable qualifications. Professionality: They show loyalty and discretion, revolve confidently with information and maintain a cool head even in hectic situations. Competences: They bring a high degree of reliability, organizational talent, commitment, team spirit, flexibility and openness to new tasks. Commitment and independence: They work independently, responsibly, structured, conscientiously and solution-oriented and have a very good time and self-management. IT-Affinity: They are safe in handling the current MS-Office applications.
