Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Quality Systems Management Develop, maintain, and improve our QMS in line with standards search as IFS and customer Use QMS tools to manage workflows, documentation, and non-conformance processes Audits & Certifications Prepare, coordinate, and support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements Conduct internal audits and coordinate mock recalls Continuous improvement Drive corrective and determining actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues sustainably Analyze KPIs and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Training & Collaboration Train and support employees on QMS processes and quality standards Collaborate close with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and external partners

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field Preferred: min. 3 years of experience in quality systems in the food industry Strong knowledge of audits, compliance, and QMS Structured, analytical mindset with strong communication skills Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
