Own-responsible and cross-border management of the information security projects portfolio, including the adjacent relevant organisational processes such as strategy/roadmap development, capacity and budget planning Head of Central Governance Projects in Information Security Conception and implementation of company-wide governance aspects of the information security management system Advice, reporting and support of/to management, business and IT representatives on information security issues Observation, analysis and coordination of relevant (regulatory) changes with key areas such as IT/OT, corporate security and company development IHR PROFIL: completed degree/master studies in the field of information security, IT security, (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in the management of projects as well as experience in IT/information security Proven qualifications in project management (e.g. Scrum, IPMA, PMI, Prince2) and knowledge of relevant standards, best practices and certifications (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001) in the field of information security structured and analytical thinking as well as a pronounced team capacity and high communication capability independent, result-oriented operation as well as safe occurrence, enforcement capacity and target orientation Openness for healthy error culture, readiness for continuous improvement and lifelong learning
