Our client is an internal service provider for the construction and renovation of construction projects in the public sector. The range of services includes commercial buildings, residential buildings and representative construction projects with high social relevance.

As a (Senior) Controller (m/w/d), you actively support the company's financial management. They build the controlling from scratch, develop new structures and provide sound basis for the management. In doing so, you have the opportunity to develop perspectively towards team management and take a key role in strategic corporate governance.

Building and further development of a modern controlling with focus on corporate, real estate and project controlling Creating sound reports and analyses as a basis for decision-making - including cost-effectiveness and investment calculations Continuous monitoring and forecasting to ensure efficient budget and liquidity management Identification of optimization potentials through target/actual analyses and performance key figures - as well as derivation of targeted measures to increase efficiency Direct exchange with the management as a strategic Sparring partner - with the perspective of developing into team management in the long term

Complete economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling, ideal in building or real estate environment Excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with SAP and Power BI of advantage Analytical thinking, structured working and a high degree of self-initiative
