“Panorama Tower – Plate of Art”, located in the city centre of Leipzig, includes 4 restaurant areas with a total of 220 seats in the à la carte, a rooftop terrace of 130 m above Leipzig with 40 seats and a kitchen, which always puts on the culinary surprise effect in an uncomplicated, cheeky and very fresh way.

Your task:

RESTAURANT

• Use in different layers
• expert advice and service of guests – pick up orders, serve and clean up foods as well as compiling invoices and cashing out guests
• Working with Cobra POS
• Service preparation (Mise en Place)
• Clean-up and cleaning work in compliance with hygiene standards / HACCP
• Ensuring the perfect appearance of the guest room according to specifications
• Create daily billing

KIOSK

• Use in different layers
• Drinks pouring
• Prepare cocktails
• Working with Cobra POS
• Clean-up and cleaning work in compliance with hygiene standards / HACCP

We wish:

• You are friendly, motivated and have a high quality awareness
• Have a training or experience in gastronomy
• Or you're a cross-releaser and have great pleasure in this job
• You are flexible and reliable
• You have a well-kept appearance
• You have good knowledge of German and English
