In order for us to be able to freely shape our lives according to our own wishes, dedicated nursing physicians work in Baden-Württemberg: inside every day with passion for the physical and mental well-being of their patients. The majority of them are organized in the Hausärztinnen- und Hausärzteverband Baden-Württemberg e. V.

Leadership & Development: You guide our team “Praxisberatung” and are responsible for the professional and personal development of your team Customer-centric advice: You are the central contact person for the optimal care of our nursing staff: within and practical teams across all communication channels and are the central contact person around the family doctor-centric care (HZV), the membership in the domestic and domestic doctors association and our services Service and Process Optimization: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and develop innovative solutions for our customers: Digitalization & Innovation: You are introducing new technologies and AI tools to continuously improve customer experience

Leadership experience & team spirit: You have already managed teams, take responsibility and promote the personal and professional development of your team. Clear, appreciative communication is self-evident Customer orientation & service competence: You have a good feeling for the needs of customers: you have experience in customer service and you are committed to an excellent customer experience Digitalization & Innovation: You are a technology affinist, ideally have experience with digital solutions and AI tools in customer service and are happy to develop new, innovative approaches Analytical thinking & implementation strength: You can evaluate, interpret and derive strategic decisions from it.
