Planning and project management of TGA projects HKLS Reporting against total project management Negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors Monitoring and control of external specialist engineers: in the preparation of performance directories and planning services according to HOAI Coordination, control and control of the project sequence and the construction results

Completed studies in utility or building technology, building climate and the like Multiannual experience (at least five to ten years) in the planning and design of TGA projects Cross-company expertise (e.g. MSR of advantage) Knowledge of all performance phases of HOAI Versified knowledge of contract conditions VOB/B Ideally experience in dealing with relevant software such as RiB iTWO, Revit and AutoCAD Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent, committed and solution-oriented way of working Negotiating skills, enforcement capacity and communication strength as well as team spirit
