Your job? Once with a family, sometimes with a young person, sometimes in exchange with the youth office and in between in the car with a view of the beautiful Taunus. What awaits you with us? You accompany children, young people and families in different situations of life and help them develop new perspectives and sustainable solutions for their everyday lives. You work independently, flexibly and with plenty of space for your own educational personality. Your tasks include the outpatient support of families and young people, the implementation of jointly agreed aid objectives, cooperation with youth offices, schools and other network partners, documentation and assistance planning. And yes: As our work takes place where people live, the cruise through the Hochtaunus Circle is also part of it. A driving licence and the willingness to be on the move should therefore be available.

Who are we looking for? You are a social educator, social workers, educators or have a comparable educational qualification. More importantly, however, is how you work: You can meet people at eye level, keep a clear head in challenging situations and want to not simply give families solutions, but to develop them together. You like to work independently, are reliable and at the same time can react flexibly to the sometimes quite dynamic reality of outpatient youth assistance. Do you want to be hired? Both are possible. You can join us in full employment or support us as an independent educational specialist on a fee basis. We need to find a working model that suits you and us.
