You efficiently organize business trips, committee meetings, meetings and events at home and abroad, creating free spaces for the strategic work of the management. Through your predictive planning, you ensure a smooth running of all dates and events and support the management in all administrative matters. With your convincing communication you represent a family-run company reliably to business partners, employees and guests. You always keep an overview in dynamic situations and act professionally and solution-oriented. You act as a trustee for the COO and ensure the flow of information between all stakeholders.

You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector and have gained well-founded professional experience in a comparable position as an assistant to the management or executive assistant. Organizational talent, appointment management and high administrative competence are the key. You are both discreet and communicative, Loyality is for granted. You enjoy the trust of the management and at the same time convince by your kind way of dealing with guests and employees. You delegate tasks even without the power to provide guidance, without exceeding competences. You can control German in a safe manner and English at least on level B2.
