For the strategic and operational overall responsibility of a combined hotel and holiday resort in entrepreneurial family, we are looking for you as an entrepreneurial thinking and designing manager with strong tourism business and project competence.

You have the chance to drive and to answer the holistic development and expansion of the resort at an attractive location in Lower Saxony / Bremen, including the management of the ongoing resort business (hotel operation, restaurant operation, apartments, approx. 35 MA). Development and implementation of a sustainable growth and positioning strategy, identification of new business areas and revenue potentials Targeted development of the resort as part of planned expansion and modernization projects including Planning, calculation and implementation Commercial, operational and strategic overall responsibility for the ongoing operation (hotel operation, restaurant operation, apartments) with the expansion of a performance- and service-oriented corporate culture Management and individual development of the management team with continuous quality management and continuous service optimization Coordination with architects, authorities and external partners Management of economic indicators (budget, liquidity, profitability, investment planning) Control of utilisation, pricing and distribution channels Optimization of processes, digitalization and cost structures

Strategic vision, creativity and ideas for modern, sustainable leisure resorts Entrepreneurial mindset with clear decision and implementation strength Complete degree in tourism, hotel management, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience as well as profound experience in controlling complex tourist farms / projects Funded business and controlling knowledge Experience in project development or construction/extension projects of advantage
