Project work focusing on skills/enablement within transformation and change initiatives Conception and creation of training plans and formats Development of roller-specific learning paths for different target groups Integration of digital learning solutions (such as WalkMe or SAP Enable Now) Knowing and introducing best practices in the context of empowerment/enablement Bringing your own creative ideas and approaches Preparation, implementation and follow-up of training, learning nuggets and workshops Preparation of presentations and documents with Google Slides or MS PowerPoint Confidential cooperation with customers:inside Acquisition of (partial) project management with a perspective gradually gaining more responsibility Enthusiasm for interface topics, for example, with a view to our Agency

A completed study in the field of (economic)psychology or BWL Relevant experiences in consulting with focus on project work related to ability/enablement in context HR/ ERP transformation Fun in communication with different stakeholders as well as creating documents with programs such as Google Slides or MS PowerPoint Mindset in solutions and not to think in problems Mix of proactivity, structure and reaction strength Accuracy and readiness to go the extra mile Enthusiasm Topics and formats innovative to think Passion to shape the unit Joy in a diverse working culture (“Be yourself!”) and no fear of office dogs flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
