Educator, mother/father-child facility (m/f/d)

Become part of the AWO family! For our mother/father-child institution „Klippo“ in Otterndorf we are looking for a state-approved educator (w/m/d) for the late service . The body is permanent for two years as a representation within a bridge period. The operation takes place on Fridays and Saturdays from 15:15 to 21:15. In the establishment, mothers and fathers are accompanied with their children on their way to more self-employment. The activity offers a responsible working field with close exchange in the pedagogical team and diverse design options.

That's the point: • reference to mothers and fathers, and joint work on alternative approaches to solutions to achieve the objectives of care • Ensuring and safeguarding child protection in accordance with SGB VIII § 8a • Working in case and group work based on conception and performance description • Close cooperation with the pedagogical team and the institution management • Documentation and support of educational processes • Participation in a team meeting per month
