Medical Research Assistant in the Development and Coordination of Problem-Oriented Learning (POL) in the Model Study Program in Human Medicine (m/f/d)

Teaching tasks (25 %): Implementation of courses (including 2 LVS/Semester) Acceptance of the related study and examination services Teaching-related tasks (40 %): (further) development and regular revision of POL cases in the model study programme Human Medicine incl. Learning target balance, coordination of subject and module content, scientific literature research, development and establishment of solid case structures, writing and visualization as well as coordination of case reviews by specialist representatives Support for tutor training and evaluation by (further)development of training and evaluation concepts Participation in tutorial meetings and expert lectures on the topic in the sense of a continuous feedback process interdisciplinary and interprofessional development of the curriculum in the field of general medicine within the model study programme Human Medicine Development of a scientifically based evaluation concept of general medical teaching as part of the continuous feedback process in close coordination with the deanate and participation of teachers and learners Conception, development and implementation of innovative teaching offerings with high relevance for the medical care context and using methods of e-learning Teaching research (30 %) Research in the research fields of the AG with a focus on teaching research Participation in the acquisition, design and implementation of (third-party) projects, in particular in the field of teaching and further activities of the AG, such as conferences and workshops Publications and lectures at scientific meetings Self-government (5 %) Employment is beneficial for scientific training.
