Cutting machine operator / CNC milling cutter in Berne (m/f/d)

Your new job?

For our partner company from the aviation industry, we are looking for a long-term use with option to take over in Berne

Your tasks:

• Production of components, mainly of aluminium, chromium-nickel materials, plastics or titanium on 3-axis systems
• Creation of CNC programs (Heidenhain control TNC 426 to 640) as well as documentation of the programs, the tools and clamping situations used
• Installation and installation of components on CNC milling machines (3-5 axes)
• Verification of manufactured components

What you bring:

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Easy practical work experience in the processing of single and small series parts with 3 to 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain controls (TNC 426 to 640)
• Basic knowledge of the usual office applications (Word/Excel) for documentation
• readiness for shiftwork
• Reliable and quality-oriented operation
