Expertise: You have successfully completed your studies in the field of BWL, VWL or a comparable course of study or are close to it. As part of internships, a volunteer or as a student of work, you could already gain first professional experience in which you demonstrated your analytical and social skills.

In the training program for insurance management, you will receive an intensive training with a steep learning curve over 24 months, which is precisely tailored to you.

You have a variety of options available: you will get to know the core business of the insurance company and gain experience with strategic projects. You work with marketing and growth initiatives and learn about product development and portfolio management. Or you get to know the control of the operation. Among other things, you will immerse yourself in topics such as customer satisfaction, capacity management and agile transformation and, for example, deal with process analysis and optimization.

You are not only in close contact with other trainees, but you also learn a lot of colleagues across the group: you know and visit workshops and seminars. So you build a strong network.
