Guided tour & personnel responsibility Joint technical and disciplinary management of the Centre of Competence within the framework of a separate double-head Responsibility for disparities (including jobs, allowances, labour law measures) in close consultation with the Co-Guide Target-oriented development of the team through regular discussions, coaching and constructive feedback Promoting self-organization, distribution and an estimating team culture Structured personnel, deployment and capacity planning Active strengthening of the change capability in the team and solving conflict situations Ensuring a transparent, cooperative cooperation within the double-head and throughout the team Strategy & Development Strategic evaluation and further development of the competence centre in accordance with the hannIT strategy Expansion of a future-oriented workplace vision, including in the areas of modern workplace, automation, terminal conception and client management Responsibility for budget planning, controlling and efficient resource management of KC services Further development of processes, standards and technical platforms to ensure a robust and service-oriented workstation infrastructure Operational Responsibility Ensuring a stable, secure and perforated operation of the workplace infrastructure for the entire hannIT clientele Responsibility for the provision of modern end devices, software distribution, patch and lifecycle management, M365 services and other central workplace components Close cooperation with managers and departments

Successfully completed IT training or studies as well as several years of professional experience Successful participation in the KC-UP programme or multi-year leadership experience Representative change and leadership skills (empowerment, self-organisation, conflict resolution) readiness to divide and maintain, to divide the product into a transparent and constructive manner Knowledge of business methods and basic labour law knowledge Experience in the environment of modern workstation infrastructures (e.g. client management, M365, terminal and application operation, IT security) Comparable qualifications can also meet the requirements.
