In order to support our team at the Headoffice in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we are now looking for a purchase order manager (m/w/d) in full time. Services: You collect offers, compare them carefully and prepare sound basis for decisions. Supplier management: You conduct independent negotiations with national and international suppliers and maintain sustainable business relations. You evaluate and qualify suppliers and are in ongoing correspondence with them. Maintaining master data: You are responsible for the care and topicality of relevant purchasing and supplier master files. Control function: You place orders and take over the independent time and delivery monitoring. Demand analysis: You are active in the determination of demand-oriented order quantities and appointments in cooperation with production, sales and other departments Goods availability check: ensuring the timely supply of goods and availability of goods taking into account economic inventory values Auditing: You take over the factual and computational examination of input invoices. Complaint management: You take over the professional handling of complaints and ensure sustainable solutions. Purchase KPI: You create delivery and purchasing statistics and thus support a transparent control. Forecasts: You support the Master Planning in creating demand forecasts and forecasts for defined product areas. Cost optimization: Saving potentials and efficient solutions seek to negotiate quality standards and ensure agreed standards in cooperation with QM

You have completed commercial training. You bring first or profound experience in purchasing, ideally in the commercial environment. You work safely with goods management systems and MS Office, ideally with SAP and Excel. You have a good understanding of numbers and act cost-conscious. You work organized, carefully and like to take responsibility. You will safely enter and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts. You appreciate cooperation with various departments.
