Sales Support supports the sales team through administrative and organizational activities to ensure a smooth sales process. It helps to optimize customer support and sustainably promote sales success. Support of the sales team in the production and processing of orders Maintenance and updating of customer data and sales documentation in the CRM system Coordination of appointments, meetings and sales activities Preparation of sales presentations and sales documents Communication with customers to clarify enquiries and feedback Support for market and competition monitoring Creation of reports and evaluations for sales performance Costing of order-related prices and profitability checks Interface between order management and sales as well as customers for optimal management of customer orders Close cooperation with other departments such as order management, logistics and finance

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Interest in sales processes and commercial relationships Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured, reliable and independent operation Impressed communication skills and team spirit Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing First practical experience in sales or customer environment
