Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for monitoring compliance with requirements for testing and maintenance, including the collection of further requirements for testing and maintenance, with appropriate data collections for setting up the CAFM system and continuous data management Determination of optimization requirements in building automation in coordination with masters and users as well as creation of user manuals Continuous approaches to compliance with traffic safety, in particular fire protection requirements and structural requirements from, for example, construction requirements, fire prevention shows and, for example, assembly site regulation, garage regulation and accommodation regulations triggering of technical testing mechanisms (e.g. backwash filters, parking systems, FI protection switches) Commissioning, instructing and coordination of craft enterprises and service providers, including the acceptance of services, as well as technical assistance for planning, commissioning, acceptance and targeted building operations Creation of risk assessments and active participation in the further development of a legally secure building operation A change or addition of the area of responsibility is reserved.
