You serve exclusive customers within a defined field of application and are the first contact person for all service concerns related to their fleet of vehicles The vehicles are digitally monitored by you. If error messages, faults or due maintenance occur, inform the customer proactively and automatically agree to a repair or service appointment The work will be carried out on site by the customer – from diagnosis to repair to final functional testing If the work volume is temporarily increased, the responsible customer center actively supports and coordinates additional resources. You are responsible for the vehicles in close coordination with your supervisor, but You work with high self-responsibility Identify and order required spare parts independently to ensure a smooth and efficient service run All service operations, repairs and technical measures document you completely and digitally supported on modern mobile devices

Complete technical training (e.g. motor mechatronics, agricultural and construction mechatronics, commercial vehicle technicians, mechatronics technicians or comparable qualification) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical/electronics and mechanics Experience in the field of special vehicle construction or construction engineering (e.g. municipal vehicles, fire trucks, crane or lifting equipment, special constructions) Experience / training in the high-voltage range is desirable (certification via FAUN possible) Also in stressful situations you keep a cool head and do not lose sight of the goal Class B licence required C/CE desirable Joy in direct customer contact, motivation and reliability
