You conduct projects to analyze and implement cybersecurity requirements in the industrial environment

You lead a team of software developers, scientists and system integrators professionally

You agree on project tasks and moderate meetings to solve problems and conflicts

You build cooperation with ZEISS-internal expert groups, external suppliers and development partners and manage cooperation

You create reports on status, results and planning of projects or subprojects for management or for external partners and communicate them in the form of presentations

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or comparable

You have practical experience in managing product development projects and in software development (accessible programming languages, source code management and development tools) and have very good knowledge in project management

You have the ability to form a strong team and motivate the project staff accordingly

You have knowledge and experience with agile procedures such as Scrum or Scaled Agile methods, ideally in the field of software architecture or Software development processes

You ideally have first knowledge of cybersecurity

An independent and structured way of working, high performance and responsibility, team strength and a good look for the essentials round your profile

You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
