Run and further develop server infrastructure: You administrate our Windows Server environment incl. Hyper-V as well as our Linux servers (Red Hat) for our ERP system. You're so strong for stability, security and always think one step ahead. If necessary, you also tax external service providers and suppliers. Drive Cloud & Microsoft 365: You continue to build our M365 environment and cloud infrastructure – with an eye-catching look at what really makes sense for a company of our size. Keeping and optimizing network running: firewalls, switches, WLAN access points, VPN, printers – you have the network under control and continuously develop it. Also for our location in Romania. Care for jobs: Around 30 jobs want to be set up, configured and maintained. You make sure our employees can work productively. Helpdesk & Support with Heart: You are the first contact person for our IT questions and problems. You communicate at eye level – patient, solution-oriented and without IT arrogance. IT security ensures: updates, backups, security policies – you protect our systems and data reliably and keep everything up to date. Configure Romania: You are involved in the further development of the IT infrastructure at our production site in Romania. Local travel is possible, but not the rule.

Complete training or study in the IT field (e.g. specialist system integration, computer science or comparable) you bring. Multiannual professional experience in the system administration is yours. With Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V, you know yourself well. Linux distributions (e.g. Red Hat, Ubuntu) are familiar to you. The administration of Microsoft 365 is safe. In the field of network technology – firewalls, switches, WLAN access points, VPN, TCP/IP – you are confident. You work structured, independent and think solution-oriented. Communication strength and service orientation in handling users are of course for you. You bring good knowledge of German and English. Knowledge of automation with n8n or comparable workflow tools is a plus. You speak Python and/or TypeScript? Perfect!
