Tax Manager / Tax Specialist / Tax Law (m/w/d)

We are now looking for an employee (m/w/d) for tax law for a company in public law.

• They design and coordinate all tax processes and are company-wide contact persons for the topic of taxes. - To do this, you will create guidelines and guidelines as well as recommendations for action for the effective and regular processing of tax matters, develop these constantly and also have a view to optimising the technical implementation. - You are also responsible for the quality assurance of internal tax processes, provide tax-related knowledge internally and keep it up to date. - In addition to auditing tax-related matters, you also communicate with external interfaces (e.g. public finance management, subsidiaries, tax advisors), report to the Executive Board as well as top management and are consulted.

• You have a degree in economic law or Economics with a focus on tax law are alternatively tax specialists or have a comparable qualification. - In the material and formal tax law and ideally also in the tax law of the public hand you know yourself. - You have experience in building and organizing tax processes. - You are familiar with the preparation and implementation of tax declarations against the financial administration. - In addition, you are IT-affin and open to the possibilities of digitalization.
