Your perspective As an employee in AI-based complaint management, you are responsible for implementing an AI-based complaint process to increase the efficiency in processing customer complaints to bank products, employee behavior or other services and to ensure high quality standards in customer satisfaction. Maintain and update You are important directories such as the complaint register and the outsourcing register, research and evaluate cross-disciplinary issues and regularly communicate with internal specialist departments and external partners. In addition, you support the implementation and further development of legal and internal requirements in the field of IT information security, outsourcing and data protection. You help in the analysis, documentation and communication of security-relevant topics, participate in training and internal audits and help strengthen the company's security awareness and sustainability.
