IHK-Sachkunde according to § 34a GewO Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2) Sensitivity in dealing with people from different cultures driving licence necessary No penalties or relevant entries in the management certificate Willingness to shiftwork, even on weekends and holidays High sense of responsibility and reliability Security service experience, ideally in sensitive social institutions Conflict and deescal communication skills English Basic knowledge Detection of the Masern Protection Act (IfSG)
