Process and book business transactions in payment transactions, such as account statements, creditor bills, booking documents and clarification cases, and ensure proper accounting. Ensure smooth and timely settlement of payment transactions and override the coordination of settlement, CPD and open-post accounts. Support the creation of monthly and annual accounts through reliable data, voting and proper bookings. Analyze and optimise existing processes in payment and accounting and actively promote digitization and automation potentials. Accompanying test activities in ERP and financial systems, document test results and support technical acceptances as well as system introductions. In developing and implementing AI-based applications in the abc KI hub, we support the use of digital solutions in the financial sector. Work closely with IT, accounting, treasury and other departments and act as a professional contact person for payment processes and their system mapping.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further training in accounting or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in accounting or payment transactions and have a good understanding of accounting processes and voting processes. You have secure knowledge in handling ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central, as well as MS Office products, especially Excel. You are interested in digitalization, automation and AI-based applications and want to actively shape innovative solutions. You work structured, precise and reliable and keep an overview of complex tasks. You are convinced by your own initiative, willingness to change, teamwork and clear and solution-oriented communication with different interfaces.
