Management, establishment and sustainable development of the environmental and waste management field Professional and organizational management of project-related and associated employees Acquisition of projects Implementation of job interviews and the establishment of the staff base Communication with the persons involved in the construction (AG, AN, Planner, Subcontractors, Authorities, Experts)

Complete university studies as a natural scientist/environmental engineer/ civil engineer or comparable Mind. 2 years of leadership experience Multiannual experience in environmental / waste management and/or DB experience Safe appearance, awareness of responsibility and independent work Joy in dealing with people, communication strength, persuasive power and enforcement Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
