Product Advisor for Construction Financing and Banking Products (m/f/d)

As a product consultant (m/w/d) for building financing and banking products, you will accompany our brokers and customers on all topics You are pursuing in their day-to-day business around the execution of the building finance and banking business. You advise on all issues relating to real estate financing, building savings and rate loans and support the development of individual financing solutions. You create the interface between our brokers, customers and our product providers and ensure that the quality of the submitted financing concepts is correct. You communicate with the help of phone, e-mail and online consulting tools, quickly adjust to your counterpart and live service through and through. Building a sustainable relationship with our sales partners is always your focus. You can contribute your expertise and passion for building finance and banking products in various projects of our department (e.g. online training concepts and product videos).

You have completed a commercial training in the financial services sector (e.g. bank businessman(m/w/d), merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and financial assets, real estate businessman (m/w/d). Professional starters directly after bank training are welcome to us as well as motivated cross-comers from the financial or insurance sector who want to develop in the field of construction financing. First points of contact with building financing or a strong sales orientation are a plus – your interest in actively working in this area is crucial. You know different financing options or want to expand your knowledge in a targeted way to develop creative solutions for our brokers and their customers. Ideally, you already have experience with the Europace platform – but this is not a must.
