Manage customer requests and strengthen relationships You are the first contact person for our customers, answer enquiries and build long-term, trusting relationships. Develop and calculate offers You create individual offers, calculate prices and align technical feasibility and customer requirements. Process and coordinate orders You accompany the customer order from A to Z and work closely with our CAM department and production. Maintain and analyze customer data You use our systems to analyze and optimize customer relationships and recognize trends and potentials at an early stage. Analyze sales performance You regularly create reports, identify potential improvements and actively support the further development of our sales.

• Technical or commercial training with sales experience
• Communication strength, initiative, organizational skills and resilience
• Flowing German knowledge, good English skills
• Ideally first knowledge in electronics or circuit boards
• Dealing with CRM systems and modern sales tools
