We are looking for them for the school year 2025/26 in full time in Ravensburg.

Participation in a team of other special pedagogues and a work educator Education in a multi-annual learning group consisting of 4-6 young people with special needs from class levels 5-10 Commitment in a very flexible framework for teaching content and structures, which enable young people to experience new experiences and developments, especially in craft, agricultural or musical fields. Responsibility for the ILEB of their pupils, close coordination with the family, housing group, youth office Development of sustainable connection perspectives

Completed study of special education, preferably in the field of ESENT Knowledge in the fields of autism, school absentism, challenging behaviour, as well as child and youth delinquence Implementation and compliance of our Code of Conduct High level of team capacity, cooperation with external and internal partners, empathy, paed. Creativity and a healthy relationship in terms of proximity and distance Good communication skills and experience in consulting Willingness to continue training and personal development affirmation and design of our Christian-Diacon commission
