Project Manager / Civil Engineer Modernization - Hanover (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the management and control of demanding projects in the areas of building modernization, attic construction and intensification in the inhabited stock Ensuring compliance with budget, quality and construction and completion dates across all phases of the project Coordination and control of external subcontractors and close coordination with internal and external specialist planners and departments Organisation and implementation of construction meetings and acceptances, preparation of awards as well as follow-up of defect elimination and follow-up management Project management in the SAP system: maintenance, management and controlling of project data Pick up and track all project-related releases to ensure a smooth project execution Creation of project forecasts to detect and counteract financial and operational developments at an early stage Support in the clarification of legal issues in close cooperation with the internal legal department

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in the role as project manager An immovable or architectural background is desirable Very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Secure handling of SAP/RE or SAP ERP
