(m/w/d) is responsible for the construction and management of the electrical organization. This includes stationary electrical systems, high-voltage vehicle technology and laboratory evaluations. Responsibility for the safety of all electrical systems, equipment and work processes Creation of specific operating instructions and safety concepts for handling high-voltage systems Cooperation with executives, specialist departments and external partners to continuously improve occupational safety Structure of responsibilities, processes and documentation Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (DGUV Specification 3, TRbs, DIN VDE, ArbSchG, BetrSichV) Implementation of DGUV Information 209-093 and DIN EN 50110-1 Takeover of entrepreneurial obligations according to BetrSichV for the safe operation of electrical installations Implementation of safety instructions and qualification scales for employees in the field of high-voltage technology

Completed (specialized) university studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable training, e.g. master/technician, in combination with many years of professional experience At least 4 years of professional experience as an electrical specialist, ideally acquired by vehicle construction or in the electrical industry Knowledge in handling high-voltage systems in vehicle technology (e.g. electric and hybrid vehicles) Safe handling of VDE standards, the operational safety regulation, the occupational safety law and DGUV regulations Experience in implementing training measures for employees Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Sovereign and at the same time powerful appearance as well as high communication and team capability Structured, self-sponsored working together with hands-on mentality and joy of decision Ready for business trips
