You lead a team of system engineers with the focus on sensor systems as system elements of our weapon systems. As a team leader (m/w/d), you are responsible for disciplinary personnel management, resource management, personnel development and the strategic technical development of your team. You are contact person (m/w/d) in creating work content, estimates and plans for the product area in relation to the work of your specialist team. Your team is responsible for configuring the system architecture in the development projects of the respective weapon systems in order to select the sensor elements. In addition, your team is responsible for the technical assessment of sensor technology in the development of the portfolios and roadmaps of the various weapon systems.

A Master's or Diploma Programme (Uni / TH) in the field of engineering, natural science or a related subject, e.g. aerospace technology, electrical engineering, physics or computer science, forms the ideal basis for this activity. Ideally, you have experience in cooperation with external partners and suppliers as well as in product management. In addition, you can at best provide first experience in the disciplinary and/or professional leadership. Communication and presentation competencies are among your strengths as well as target orientation and enforcement capability. You like to work in the team and have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
