Our client is an established and successful planning and project development company based in southern Germany. The company implements demanding construction and real estate projects and stands for high quality, professional project structures and an economically sustainable implementation. Due to a very good order and acquisition situation, several new projects are in preparation and implementation. At the next possible time, we are looking for a long-term reinforcement Projektleiter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)* Short and flush You are responsible for the operational control of demanding construction and planning projects and for key project phases focusing on quality, dates and costs. You coordinate project participants, control complex intersections and ensure a streamlined project sequence. At the same time, the position offers the opportunity to gradually take greater responsibility and to develop further in the direction of personnel management. Job Summary As a project manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you can control demanding construction and planning projects over several phases of the project. You coordinate internal and external project participants, control intersections and ensure that the project objectives are achieved with a view to quality, dates and costs. You will take on self-defined project and part-reponsibilities and actively contribute your experience to the successful implementation of the projects.

Professional experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in the operational project management of construction and planning projects Project experience: At least three relevant project cycles, ideally with project volumes of approx. € 20–30 million Project control: Safe handling of quality, dates and costs as well as experience in managing multiple project phases Interface competency: experience in coordinating complex project structures and various project participants Qualification: Closed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering

You are looking for a position in which you can take on real operational activities and at the same time proceed to the next development step? This task will then provide you with a professional environment with a very good project pipeline, demanding projects and short distances. The position is deliberately not designed as a classic hierarchical guide roller. Instead, you will be able to understand clearly defined goals within the projects and to develop in a perspective towards greater project and personnel management. The projects are basically in the reachable environment of the enterprise location. Regular multi-day or weekly outboards are not part of the position.
