Staff Room and Infrastructure Coordination (m/f/d)

Your tasks Together with our team resources will help you provide the best possible infrastructure for research and teaching. Their core task is to support seminar and event rooms of the Campus Munich. They are committed to this in the following areas:

• Curricular spatial planning of the Department of Architecture
• Central contact person for overcurricular use and booking of all rooms by other schools/departments and external users
• Booking response of user requests, user advice and communication of space resources (telephone, online and on site)
• Spatial Transfers and Instructions (including Media Technology) as well as Spatial Removals
• Maintenance: Weekly visit of all rooms to verify the proper condition
• Occasionally moving/moving small furniture and work materials
• Maintenance, updating and optimization of room and occupancy data
• Close coordination with the Department of Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) of the School, the real estate administration of the TUM (ZA4), housekeeper service, cleaning and media service, IT service, gate/security service, etc.
• Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in administrative or technical fields
• Experience in office organization and safe handling of Microsoft 365
• You have very good written and oral German knowledge (C1 level) and good English knowledge (B2 level)
• You work mediating, service and solution oriented
• independent and careful operation associated with organisational skills
• A hands-on-oriented operation and technical interest (e.g. media technology) are welcomed.
• Physical suitability for moving/moving small furniture and work materials
