Technical Manager Service ELT (m/f/d)

You coordinate maintenance, maintenance and project measures, control the deployment planning of the service teams and, together with your employees, ensure a timely and high-quality implementation of customer orders. You work closely with the project management, internal departments and external partners and contribute significantly to the further development of the service organisation and sustainable company success. Job description: Your tasks: As Technical Director Service ELT Berlin (m/w/d) awaits you: Total responsibility for the organisation and control of the service area including maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of hazard reporting systems Planning and coordination of operations, resources and capacities as well as economic management of service processes with sales and earnings responsibility professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of around 30 service technicians, including further development of employees Ensuring high service quality and compliance with all relevant statutory, normative and occupational safety-relevant requirements continuous optimization of processes, budgets and quality standards for the sustainable development of the service area

Your profile: You should bring this as Technical Manager Service ELT Berlin (m/w/d): successfully completed training in the field of electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a further education to master or technical studies on Bachelor level multiannual experience in managing teams, ideally in the technical or service-oriented environment good business understanding and safe handling of commercial processes and key figures Experience in service business and in direct exchange with customers, clients and business partners basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, e.g. VOB, DIN 14675, as well as in work, accident and contract law
