You take over the disciplinary leadership of the employees assigned to your team You control the utilisation and further development of your team members You are responsible for the incorporation of new employees You secure the service obligation to customers and specialist areas You take full responsibility for the application management of all applications in the SWIFT environment You develop market strategies for your responsible product bundle and implement them You support management in order acquisition, contract negotiations and implementation of the overall strategy at team level You take a central professional role and work actively in the respective field

You have a completed (professional) university course or a comparable training You have several years of professional experience, ideally also in a leading role You have well-founded expertise in the SWIFT application environment and/or payment transactions with experience in IT product management and IT project coordination. You bring experience in application management and in service processes (e.g. according to ITIL) You bring analytical thinking, high flexibility and self-initiative You convince with pronounced customer and service orientation as well as very good team and communication skills You have very good German and good English skills in word and writing and a high level of readiness to learn You have mobility readiness
