In the Assembly in Zurich you are part of a well-known team that assembles and tests high-precision modules for our lithography systems. The location is still new at ZEISS - you will experience an exciting phase of construction and bring your ideas directly into play. In the clean room you work in a clearly structured environment where quality, safety and teamwork are awarded.

Your role A assembly team in two-shift operation professionally guide and accompany in everyday life

As a representation of the Head of Assembly, take on disciplinary leadership tasks and decide on budget issues

Plan, divide and flexibly adapt to changing utilisation

As a 1st level support for technical and process-related questions and strengthen the team

Work in the assembly and testing of assemblies in the clean room and act as a model in quality and precision

Keep in mind schedules, dates and numbers and ensure their compliance

Cooperate with departments such as planning, engineering and quality and organize support

moderate or lead daily shopfloor meetings and take ideas from the team

Improve the assembly environment, test and implement it with the team and live ISO 5 to 8 cleanroom specifications consistently

Technical training, for example as a production mechanic:in EFZ, polymechanics:in EFZ, micromechanics:in EFZ or comparable

Funded technical understanding of mechanical engineering, medical technology, precision mechanics or a similar environment, also about hobbies such as model construction

Multiannual practice in mechanical production or assembly in the industrial environment, ideally in the clean room and with series production

Experience in leading a production team and joy in accompanying and developing people in shiftwork

Safe in handling hand tools, measuring equipment, testing as well as quality topics and clean room rules and open to work with PC, SAP and MS Office

Clear, appreciative communication, German flowing at level C1 and understanding of work instructions in English at level B1
