Contribute to development projects in close collaboration with internal departments and, where applicable, external partners Support the planning, execution and evaluation of laboratory experiments Participate in technical discussions and idea generation, helping to develop practical solutions Independently carry out prescribed experimental plans after initial training period Ensure reliable documentation and evaluation of experimental results

Completed vocational training or a degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or similar) Initial hands-on experience in a laboratory or development environment is an advantage Structured, precise, and independent working style Strong team spirit and interest in interdisciplinary collaboration Good communication skills and solid technical understanding Good command of English (written and spoken)
