Member of the Market Board (m/f/d)

Together with your board colleagues, you are responsible for the strategic development and sustainable positioning of the Rheinhessen Sparkasse. You consistently pursue the business model as well as the sales and risk strategy and develop it in the sense of a modern, regionally anchored and forward-looking credit institution. As a market leader, you are responsible for essential market areas (including corporate customers, private customers, treasury and real estate) and actively shape the future viability of our house. You are driving forward transformation, innovation and cultural development with clear results. You combine the further development of sales models, processes and customer interactions with a consistent focus on yield, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You represent the Rheinhessen Sparkasse sovereignly with respect to customers:inside, business, politics and society.

You have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on economics or a comparable qualification (e.g. a teaching institute). You bring comprehensive experience in banking, ideally with expertise in the corporate customer segment. You meet the requirements for the business management company according to § 25c KWG. In addition, you have multi-year leadership experience in a responsible position as well as strategic competence, decision-making strength and entrepreneurial thinking. An esteeming leadership style, pronounced communicative skills, as well as a safe occurrence in bodies and the public are what distinguishes you. A pronounced regional connection with Rheinhessen is assumed. Accordingly, it is expected to equip your own food point in the business area of the Rheinhessen Sparkasse.
