SAP BTP Application & Workflow Developer (m/f/d)

You design, model and implement complex workflows with SAP Build Process Automation, in particular with extensive forms and user interactions. You develop form, UI and application solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (e.g. with SAP Build Apps, Fiori Elements and SAP UI5). You implement backend services and business logic with the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP). You integrate SAP BTP applications into existing SAP and non-SAP system landscapes via OData and REST interfaces. You containerize, deploy and operate applications with Docker and Kubernetes / Kyma on the SAP BTP. You ensure the quality, safety and durability of the solutions taking into account clean core and cloud best practices. You document your solutions and support tests, releases and operation. You work closely with specialist areas, solution architects and development teams and actively introduce new SAP BTP functions.

Completed academic studies (Master or Diploma University) of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. Founded and multi-year professional experience in the development at the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), in particular with SAP Build Process Automation and the implementation of complex workflows. Found knowledge of the form and UI development with SAP Build Apps, Fiori Elements or SAP UI5 (Free Style). Including experience in the development of backend services with the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) based on Node.js. Very good knowledge in Java, JavaScript and Node.js as well as in handling the SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). Experience in containerization and deployment of applications with Docker as well as ideally with Kubernetes / Kyma. Good understanding of technical integrations and interfaces (e.g. OData, REST) in SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Experience with cloud, clean core and security best practices. Strong analytical capability and competence in the development of technical solutions. Impressed communication strength in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
