In this role modern tools are mediated, agencies are supported in day-to-day business and the professional online appearance of our sales partners is further developed.

Introduction, further development and practical coaching around the sales system (DEAS) as well as other external service applications are one of the core tasks. The transfer of the added value of digital tools and the increase in usage acceptance in the field of external services play a central role. Individual support for sales partners in technical issues, technical challenges and new functions is part of the daily exchange. The organisation and implementation of regional information and training formats – both on site and digital – ensures a diverse working day. The coordination of all activities related to the sales system and technical support, such as agency calendar, Outlook, sales partner homepage, video consulting and social media, complete the range of tasks.

(m/w/d) or Kaufmann (m/w/d) for insurance and finance At least three years of professional experience in insurance and finance Good knowledge of agency processes and ideally of sales systems Openness for digital topics and affinity for social media Communication strength, sales orientation and readiness to travel
