Customer Journey: You accompany our customers through the entire store – from the first welcome to the testing of products to the check-out at the cash register. Store Appearance: You love it when everything looks perfect? You make sure that our shelves are always well filled and the store is always clean and welcoming. Brand Ambassador: You embody the flaconi spirit and share your enthusiasm for trends and new brands actively with our community. Team Player: You support your colleague: you work hand in hand with our store management to reach the day targets together.

Passion for Beauty: You burn for beauty products and have a good feel for current trends and innovations. Service-Mindset: You have ideally already gained experience in the sales or service sector (e.g. retail, hotel industry or cosmetic studio). Cross-catchers: within with great passion are also welcome! Communication talent: You are open, cordial and like to go to people. Your goal is that everyone: for the client: leaves the store happier when he/she entered it. Flexibility: You like to work in the team and keep a cool head and smile even with a lot of hustle in the store. Languages: You speak fluent German.
