For our tyre factory to renew truck and bus tyres (CLC), we are looking for reinforcement for production. The factory offers an interesting work area and a product that is located in the strategic area of sustainability and the conservation of environmental resources.

In this exciting environment, we now offer a position as a production layer manager (m/w/divers) to strengthen our motivated team. Depending on the qualification you expect the following tasks: disciplinary and professional leadership of the subordinate layer group, creation of layer plans Plan, initiate and monitor measures to promote and further develop teamwork and team motivation Plan, prioritize, perform and document the maintenance and/or further qualification of employees according to job request Conducting assessments, potential assessments, feedback, missing times and disciplinary discussions Monitor and track the production of round-renewed tyres with the implementation of ESH, personnel, quality, budget and deadlines Active adaptation of the production program in exceptional situations (interferences, personnel bottlenecks, etc.) Ensure that the central and local quality requirements are complied with and implemented Be the role model for safe behaviour in the workplace, creating awareness and motivating

Completed Industrial Masters (IHK) Plastic & Rubber, Industrial Masters generally also possible, depending on qualification, Technicians Long-standing experience in production/process processes First leadership experiences desirable Flowing German and good English skills Secure handling of MS Office software; CBS tools rapid understanding and analytical thinking targeted work Teamability and good communication skills high self-motivation and initiative The applications of disabled people are welcome.
